Vongo Removal
Option A: UnInstall VONGO using the Standard Process
- Restart the computer - keep tapping the F8 key.
- Select Safe Mode - press Enter
- Click Start, select Run, type "msconfig" - press Enter.
- Click the Startup tab - uncheck the box "isuspm"
- Click OK - restart the computer for the new settings to take effect.
- Check: 'Don't show this message or launch the system configuration utility when Windows Starts' - click OK.
- After restarting the computer, a dialogue box may show: 'System is running using Selective Startup'
- Restart the computer.
- Go to Safe Mode by tapping F8 key.
- Click Start -> Control Panel -> Add Remove Programs
- Locate "Vongo Software" and click Remove for uninstall.
- Close out and reboot the computer. The computer should be VONGO freed.
- If not, then proceed to the following process.
- 1. DoubleClick My Computer.
- 2. DoubleClick C Drive.
- 3. DoubleClick Program Files.
- 4. Select "Vongo Software" folder - press Delete.
- 5. Close Window.
- 6. Right Click the Recycle Bin folder - select Empty Recycle Bin. This removes the software.
- Next, run the Windows Installation Cleanup Utility, this will remove the registry entries for the Software.

- Note: It is best to copy and paste this link in the Internet Explorer address bar.
- The Windows Installer CleanUp Utility:
- Provides a dialog box for selecting programs installed by Windows Installer.
- Select the unwanted programs on the Installed Products list in the Windows Installer CleanUp dialog box.
- Once selected, the utility removes only the Windows Installer configuration information, related to those selected programs.
- It removes the files and registry settings that make up the Windows Installer configuration information for programs selected.
