Option A: UnInstall VONGO using the Standard Process

1. Restart the computer - keep tapping the F8 key.
2. Select Safe Mode - press Enter
3. Click Start, select Run, type "msconfig" - press Enter.
4. Click the Startup tab - uncheck the box "isuspm"
5. Click OK - restart the computer for the new settings to take effect.
   1. Check: 'Don't show this message or launch the system configuration utility when Windows Starts' - click OK.
6. After restarting the computer, a dialogue box may show: 'System is running using Selective Startup'
7. Restart the computer.
8. Go to Safe Mode by tapping F8 key.
9. Click Start -> Control Panel -> Add Remove Programs
10. Locate "Vongo Software" and click Remove for uninstall.
11. Close out and reboot the computer. The computer should be VONGO freed.
12. If not, then proceed to the following process.

Option B: UnInstall VONGO using the Manual File Deletion Process

1. 1. DoubleClick My Computer.
2. 2. DoubleClick C Drive.
3. 3. DoubleClick Program Files.
4. 4. Select "Vongo Software" folder - press Delete.
5. 5. Close Window.
6. 6. Right Click the Recycle Bin folder - select Empty Recycle Bin. This removes the software.
7. Next, run the Windows Installation Cleanup Utility, this will remove the registry entries for the Software.
   1. Download the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility here: http://download.microsoft.com/download/e/9/d/e9d80355-7ab4-45b8-80e8-983a48d5e1bd/msicuu2.exe
   2. Note: It is best to copy and paste this link in the Internet Explorer address bar.
8. The Windows Installer CleanUp Utility:
   1. Provides a dialog box for selecting programs installed by Windows Installer.
   2. Select the unwanted programs on the Installed Products list in the Windows Installer CleanUp dialog box.
   3. Once selected, the utility removes only the Windows Installer configuration information, related to those selected programs.
   4. It removes the files and registry settings that make up the Windows Installer configuration information for programs selected.
